What we collect

We only collect what we need to handle your rental. We never sell it.

When you send a booking request

Your name, email address, phone number, the scooters you chose, your pickup and return dates and times, and your message if you write one, so we can check availability and confirm your booking.

When you contact us

If you write or call us by WhatsApp, phone or email, we receive what you tell us and your number or address, so we can answer you.

When you collect your scooter

[what is checked or copied at pickup, e.g. driving licence, International Driving Permit, passport, hotel name, photos of the scooter], so we can check that you may ride the scooter and record its condition.

When you browse the site

  • Only if you accept cookies: Google Analytics and Google Ads record how you use the site (pages viewed, how you arrived, device and approximate location), so we can see what works and measure our ads. See Cookies.
